The Mist remake is awesomely chtullu and wibbly, especially the last 20 minutes. Definetly one for the retirement home.

I have a new favourite song for dancing to! its called Organ Donor by DJ Shadow. The extended version apparently since the original is about 1 minute long (those slacker synth stars!).

I love the background distortion instrument with the high keyboards, totally sweet.

Undead (2003) best zombie movie I've seen. Even better than shaun of the dead.

Visitation, another great movie for my 'when I get old and forgetful' list. Not as awesome as Angel Heart though which a great film noire detective story about the occult, verry sweet.

If you like metal, or people shooting lightning out of thier guitars, or both then watch Trick or Treat. Its hilarious.

Man this is the most hardcore coffee ever, I got it in the crazy foreign store. It came vacume packed and all the text on it is in Arabic Script and man the stuff tastes nassstyyy. But once I added a couple of spoons of sugar its become totally awesome.

13th floor is a sweet sweet movie, I've decided to keep a note of all the best movies I see so when im old and grey and even more demented I can watch them all again.

It's driving me crazy, I clearly remember this movie that was really good but I can't remember the name. It's about a guy who can see the future. It starts out with his wife being killed completely randomly in a cafe, the guy that did it had no motive.

***spoilers warning***

He starts having these visions of peoples futures, but only how they are going to die not anything else. He saves some poeples lives and later on in the movie it turns out that every time he saves a life, 3 days (I think its 3) a horrible accident happens claiming a ton more lives. The film ultimately ends up with him having to kill some guy who he saved the life of (but only 2 days have gone past since then).

It was SO good, and now I can't remember the name!

Heh, last night at cage I got drug searched for "enthusiastic dancing". I don't think they quite believed me anyway, they kept eyeing me suspicously the rest of the night even after finding the search.

NINJam is a sweet application. Its a virtual sound studio, you can go onto the free servers and just start playing, you can hear everyone else in your little room and make music together. Its SWEET... unfortunatley I'm not nearly good enough to really improv or even know what to play when but its a good laugh. And I did get some nice sounding stuff when I stuck to the 12 bar blues in good time with the shared metronome. Hopefully I don't piss too many people off there, its great practice and damn good fun.

Mwaha ha I have a sweet new pedal for my bass that lets me crank up the distortion along with a bunch of other more subtle things... subtltey is so overrated

Ohhhhh this is the nicest drink I've ever tasted ever.

About 1cm of Lyle's Golden Syrup heated a little in a shot glass and then topped up with whisky, its sugary and has a kick mmnnnn.

Though I am slightly disturbed by the logo on the tin which looks like a dead lion being swarmed over by flies with the statement 'out of the strong came forth sweetness', not sure what they are trying to insinuate there.
